• Flush Out Water Heater and Refill (once per year). Drain Must Be Near By. OPTIONAL
• Inspect and Test Water Relief Valve.
• Inspect and Test Emergency Water Shutoff Valve.
• Inspect and Test Burner Assembly.
• Inspect and Test Pilot Assembly.
• Inspect and Test Flue Piping.
• Inspect and Test Draft Diverter.
• Inspect and Test for Proper Combustion.
• Test Gas Supply For Leaks (at water heater).
• Test For Proper Combustion Air Intake and Supply.
• Record Temperature Settings.
• Inspect, Test, And Tighten Connections.
• Set water temperature to 120 degrees F., to help prevent scalding.
